Almost ready for paint

This is outstanding, refreshing, bold and dynamic.  Can't wait to see this one done.  You know, I think the russet primer looks very cool, as is.  Realize you're going to paint this one reddish-red but I might steal the idea for one of mine.

Cool just make sure to get sandable primer . Avoid filler primer as you loose to much detail.

Paint begins






The good news is, the paint turned out pretty much the way I wanted it. The bad news is I have decided that I HATE both the angular vertical and horizontal stabs
I am painting this in a hotel in AZ but as soon as I get home the angular crap is getting cut off and replaced with roundified things from B-25's, P-38'S etc.
So expect this to go on for a few more....thingys

I once saw a very similar scheme on a Natrian starfreighter orbiting 'round Kunjael-V circa 9834 DT...nicely recaptured, Ron.
