The shirtless guys came from an Italeri 1/32 set of barbarians, the shopping female is actually a Dragon 1/35 Viet Cong with bike. Some of the vehicles were diecast 1/32-ish, but the first 3 are all 1/35 scale kits. The dog is some toy I found somewhere.
