Mig-15F.

Backstory-

Built by NORD in the early 1950s, French built Mig-15s could be easily recognised by the twin 30mm DEFA guns that replaced the standard triple battery of Migs built elsewhere. These flew alongside the French designed Mystere IIs and Oragans in the airforce of the French People's Republic.
In 1955 with tensions building in the middle east over the Wests' access to the Suez canal France along with a number of other European Soviet client states sent forces to Egypt to help in the defense of the canal against the perceved threat from th US 6th Fleet and Israel.

The model (pics to follow) depicts a Mig in the volunteer "Internationalists" unit based in the Nile delta early in 1956. The locally applied  cammo or variants of it became standard for aircraft operating in the delta.
