It's a bitch of a kit isn't it?

thats as maybe, but at least we have a mainstream injection kit of the TSR-2 at long last...its only taken 40 odd years. yes it has its fualts, but what are we, modlers or kit assemblers?  most of the fualts on that kit can be sorted with a little bit of modelling.

Totally agree and when it's the only game in town you've just got to get on with it which is why I've got quite a bit of KP in my stash!

But it is a bitch and very disappointing after all the hype.

But as Academy and other manufacturers repeatedly demonstrate a kit at this price doesnt have to be as poorly designed and manufactured as the Airfix TSR2 obviously was. This kit just demonstrates the under capitalised incompetance that led Airfix to their well deserved insolvency.

Looks good all finished. The scrathced missiles are a nice, modern touch as well. Nothing dumb about using that rig to get her all level...a very good idea, in fact !
