While not an actual 'flying' yacht, we saw the 'Maltese Falcon' in Douglas Bay when we were on holiday in he Isle of Man last year. I think it's the largest 'super yacht' in the world, and has a wholly computer operated sail system, seen below as it raised sail leaving for the Med.

It looks pretty much like the Octuri proposal, at least in seaborne form anyway.
