King Tiger with a TURBINE....

hi all :)
yess....it could be a true tiger version...but thanks god the war was over... :)
in the tiger book from walter spielberger  on the page 185 are some oryginal drawings of this conversion.
it was proposed to reengine the panther/kingtiger (propably the next following E versions too...) with a turbine.
it was proposed to instal  this beast longitudinal or lateral...I decided to make the first one.
its naturally a what if project so most of the "technical solutions" are my own...
...and Im technically on the level of an ikea-rack-screwer...
its not finished yet because its the work of an evening (and of 1h law&order and 3 hours of CSI :))
I will propably mould&cast it so let me know if any crazy builder is interested.
by the way.any king tiger kit and the E versions from trumpeter has dimensionally the same engine deck :)
even 56x73mm...
Im building a conversion to rebuild the E50/75 to a tank hunter...its the last photo.

any comments?

this is looking really neat, love the exhaust duct too, definately following this with interest
