In November 1999 the Northrop Grumman Corporation patented the "Switchblade", a single seater, forward-swing-wing, twin jet, fighter/bomber.
My version would use the: F-117, F-111, F-14 or Tornado as a donor aircraft. whether it had a single or twin tail fin(s).
If you use a F-111/F-14 or Tornado as your base model, the air intakes along the fuselage sides have to be blocked off.
The gearing for the wings turned upside down or removed leaving the pivots in place. The glove part will need surgery as the wings pass through 90 degrees, 45 and so on. The air intakes can then be positioned behind the cockpit canopy, blending into the fuselage.
On my concept the wings don't fold into the fuselage.
The F-117 will be built in the usual way, but careful cutting will be needed to remove the wings. These will be repositioned towards the rear of the fuselage. Cheatlines can then be applied giving the appearance of a swing-wing although the wings will be fixed in a forward position.
The twin seater can be made by cutting a second canopy behind the pilot's seat, where the inflight refuelling nozzle would be kept.
The wings could even be extended by using the spares box.

Colour schemes would lean towards black or grey, with minimum markings. Recce, SEAD or EW versions would follow.

Will die without understanding this world.

Well it might not be exactly the same, but I'll have a go.  Thanks for the encouragement.
