You may (or may not) know (or care), that at the moment Schloss Jackson is currently under siege. We are hostages of those licensed terrorists known only as 'the Builders'.....

....I'll stop there. In truth the guys who are converting our loft are simply superb. The three of them are working their collective a*ses-off in freezing temperatures with the barest minimum of tea-breaks. Absolutely brilliant, if any folk here are in the northwest of England and considering having their loft converted, drop me a PM or eMail, I'll pass on their details happily.

Now, whilst all this is going one, my stash has migrated from the (old) loft into my paint-shed and completely filled it, my (old) office/work-room/library is so full of other 'stuff' from the loft that I can barely get in and have about a third of my original desk to work upon. So I had an idea to take a few precautions to allow me to continue my hobby - after a fashion.... sort-of. I rescued a few kits from the stash to build as much as possible prior to painting, some real world that I wont talk about here and some What Ifs, which I will talk about here:

So my What If pile comprises:
1:48 AMT/Tamiya Ta183 (It's all MatrixOne's fault  ;))
THREE 1:72 FROG Hunter FGA9's (well I have to do something to justify my 'handle')
1:72 KP Su25 (Thanks Nick  )

I'll be starting the Su25 and one of the Hunters on Friday, but dont expect any colour to happen to them until well into the New Year. After the main building work is done, we're dumping all the 'stuff' into the new rooms (except the Weinachtbaum and associated Xmas detraetus). Then decorating/carpeting what used to be my office for No1 son - his new bedroom - Frau Doktor-Gatherer's old office loses a wall and becomes part of a landing play area for the little Hunter-Gatherer's. Then we get the radiators hung in the new loft rooms, followed by decorating, carpeting and fitting-out. Hopefully should all be done somtime mid-January.

I'll start individual threads for my NO PAINT PROJECT's on Friday.... should be fun.

Edit: Before anybody asks, yes I do have plans for colour schemes for the Frogfoot and the Hunter - and no I'm not letting-on just yet.... patience my frends, patience.

Did I hear that right? KP makes a "Frogfoot"?

I "NEED" one for an upcoming whiff (no hurry), but the only ones seemingly available are from a "major" manufacturer and are WAAAAY expensive. I figure the KP one might be cheap.

Any sources for one? (I'll post this in the "Swap" section, too!)
My mind is like a compost heap: both "fertile" and "rotten"!

Hya Craig,
I will keep my eyes open for one if you want, I have one in the stash, and they go for not alot of money either.
