I am designing and making a wif stealth fighter that has a tandem two seat arrangement. I have been looking for a clear one-piece cockpit canopy, such as the F-22, but can cover two pilots in 1/72 scale. I think I will have to cast one myself.  Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Bob,
First, welcome to the forum.

I might have a canopy or 2 that you could use.  One from a F-16B and probably something else in the parts bin.

PM me and we can check.

I am in Kearns.

What about a canopy from a large-scale aeroplane or glider? Revell does a couple of 1:32 glider kits that might suit.

It's a lot of work, but you can take the single-piece molding of just about any canopy and sand the frames off to make a clear single piece canopy.  Keep going with progressively finer grit and finish up with toothpaste.  This can have pretty good results, but practice on something from the spares box that you don't plan on using.  If you go with this kind of approach it opens up a lot more options as far as size and shape.

So I got that going for me...which is nice....
