so here's the deal, i just got my Heller 1/48 AS350 eruceuil in the mail today, but after opening the box, i noticed one of the clear parts (righthandside window, part No.32) is missing.

not trusting the little flash service pamflet that comes with every heller kit (since Heller went into administration about 1 or 2 years ago). i decided to order it from the heller website, but the contact appears to be broken.
i just sent a mail to Joustra (who apparntly runs Heller's service in France) but i doubt they will have spares for the kit.

so what do i do, sent a mail to Airfix? or is there some other contact adress for the heller parts service?

here's a pic of the box for reference:

Pass, try asking JC Carbonle on modelstories as he still has contacts with Heller

Pointless asking Airfix as they have nothing to do with Heller these days.

Bad news im affraid, i just got an E-mail back from JC Carbonel, he lost his connections with heller following the last layoffs :(
guess i will just have to wait till i either get news from Joustra, or buy a second kit.
i was planning to build this kit RW, in the colors of our local medical trust helicopter.
my emergency plan is look and buy a second AS350 kit and use this one as whiff fodder  :-\

Or you could use some plastic from packaging to create the window. It's not that difficult.

Send your request by e-mail to Joustra - I had a part missing from my Heller KC-135R and eventually (about 5-6 months later) the missing part was sent to me. Just don't hold your breath waiting.

Geoff's almost certainly right but there's no harm asking running the question by the parts service.  The only reason I mention this is because when Humbrol ran Airfix, they also supplied parts for Heller kits in the UK.  I remember the plant in Hull having big sales at Christmas of old stocks of Heller's kits, if only they were still there!  There's a slim chance that someone kept hold of one or two kits for the parts store, there were some kits like the Bobcat range that the firms produced jointly.  Probably not, but you never know.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

its been little over a week since i E-mailed Joustra about the parts problem, and to my surprise, a package came in the mail today from heller, containing the missing parts.

for a company that went bankrupt a few years ago, they sure have a fast service and good parts service
