Many thanks Rotorhead! That's supposed to be the energy build up of the Mega Smasher particle cannon! I reckon it would have been better if they'd moulded the weapon itself rather than the energy bubble coz it does look a bit like a boob.  ;D
There's a guy inside it called Sho Fukamachi IIRC, a Japanese High School student who came across it while walking home. The Guyver Unit is a bio weapon that looks a bit like a large coil of wire partially bound by a metal housing and when Sho touched it it bonded itself to him. When needed the suit sort of grows around him from a some small lumps at the top of his spine.
