Musings on the Gloster Meteor

Still doing lots of outof hours work, but had a chance to work on the Meteor(s) this weekend! I've given them a coat of dark earth, not sure if I'm going to stay with that though. The plan is mainly black undersides, coming high up the fuselage sides with dark browns on the upper surface.

Then, another idea, what about a fuselage hump like the later Skyhawks. I used the nose radar cone as a basis, then there will be loads of putty/sand/putty/sand.......

So, three Meteors on the go. Not sure about the role/armament of the third Meteor - I'll have a think this week.....
