Hey Guys, Does Anyone know where i could Find Blueprints or Plans for an Airport/Air Field Control Tower? i had Planned to do a Dio with a Hangar and Runway to look like an ASR Station set up, but Thought it might look Better with a Control Tower and Something for a PA System to use with some Sound fX like a Scramble Buzzer/Klaxon.  Can Anyone Point me to a Good Source for Such Stuff? Thanks For Looking.Dan

There's BILLIONS of photos of towers on the net, but most are from civil airports, probably not quite what you're looking for.

But military ones are not that difficult to figure out, given that they are usually symmetrical, at least on two axes. There is a 1/72 scale WWII period RAF Control Tower in the Airfix range, or at least there was and they aren't that difficult to find anyway.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Airfix still make the bog standard 1/72 control tower and Hornby/Kribi do there own as well.
