Whilst I think bullpups look snappy and all the rest, I've got some serious reservations about that TKB-022. 

Firing the M1943 round (admittedly of less power than the 7.62mm NATO) that thing would have a muzzle blast from hell not to mention being rather 'interesting' on full auto.  The AKSU (like the US XM-177) was equipped with a large supressor to deal with the weapon's excessive noise and flash and once again, the round wouldn't develop it's full potential as I'd hazard a guess that the barrel would still be shorter than the original AK's. 

With an ejection port above the barrel (certainly a newer approach) I'd have to wonder about the possibility of the ejected case being struck by a fired round, especially on full rock'n'roll.  It seems quite a mathematical possibility that, as the spent case exited the weapon, another round could potentially strike the case (as the weapon cycled) with rather drastic effects on the lethality of the round.

Add to that, the hanging of an M203 off the AUG is just bizarre and tends to negate the whole 'reduced length' thing.

Because I've never heard anything about it, I'm asking- how is the under-barrel grenade launcher aimed for guns other than M4/M16?

I've seen pictures of American ARs with leaf sights and/or quadrant sights...... not those on any other gun.

Donny, I've seen GL sights on Soviet / Russian weapons & German G36s, but I guess it depends on the role of the launcher.  If it's for grenades, I would suggest a sight is a must for any sort of accuracy, but if you're firing flechettes and the like, that would use the weapon's own sights, assuming you're not firing 'instinctively'.
