was talking with my dad at the table just then during our newyearseve dinner, and the topic of ideal countries to visit came up.
one country i mentioned was Ireland, and this started a chain reaction that got me thinking.

there are a lot of countries out there, who'se Air Force are more Air then Force.
im talking about countries like Ireland, New Zealand, Slovenia, Albania,.....
who poses an army, but not sufficient or modern defence equipment.

so the point of the build would be to re-equip these nations Army's, Air Force and/or Navy's with something more then just peashooters.
for example, Irish Hawk 200's, New Zealand F-16C's, Estonian MIG-29's,......
