Historical notes:
In the late 30', Confederation lacked in tactical bombers. As new member of the Axis 'Rome-Tokyo-Berlin-Richmond' (the 'Steel four parties'), the Confederation received a lot of help from his allied. Japan send a conspicuos number of his new dive bomber, the Aichi D3A1. Called 'Val' by confederates and 'frog' by unionist, was a letal weapon because its precision, but suffered a slow speed and a lack of auto-protection.

This is another model i just finished, inspired by a personal ucronia project about an hypothetical American second civil war between 1930-1941.

Kit is an ancient Airfix i build... 30 years ago...  :oops: I dismantled it and rebuilt. I scratchbuild internal, engraved panels ( too much... worst of an old matchbox...) and made little changes.

Not my best job, but had fun...
