You know I am having a hard enough time trying to figures out How I am going to incorporate a Tomcat into these other three aircraft already no need to add more!  ;D

If the century series are to be considered then it should also include the Canadian contributions in the form of the CF-100 and CF-105.

Well, this is whatif modelling, so who is to say they weren't American Century series contributions? ;)

Tch, don't know what you're arguing about - you're all colonials, the rest is just detail.... ;)

I think I agree (sorry Ron) that the CF-100 is out: it's too early, like saying an F-89 Scorpion was part of the Century Series.

I was thinking a 1950's them would be cool then you can get things like the F-89. F-94 and B-58 involved... but that would destroy the whole challenge wouldn't it? Normally I like GBs to be as open as possible but this one is a narrow one, which is a big part of the challenge

I think there's room for narrow and wide GBs. I understand the desire to increase participation, but there's a danger of loosing focus. Some concepts naturally lend themselves to a tight brief too.

It's a bit like car or bike racing: a relatively open formula promotes technical innovation, but a tight one-make series gets the best racing.
