Perhaps he should re-sub-title that as 'US Air Refueling Archive'. Apart from a bit on Singapore AAR activities it's singularly US centric.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Awesome....!!!!! I was thinking of a way of getting round having my Maltese F16's refuel from my drum/drogue equipped tankers.......I waqs thinking about a fixed IFR probe or even a fixed fuel tank and probe in that.......then I saw the ART/S pod....mmmmmmm....still think a fixed/semi recessed probe be better.......like a version of the Harrier GR7/9 folding one........

That's pretty interesting, and relatively modellable too. Not to mention bringing similar ideas for other aircraft types to mind.
