1/72nd Vehicle Crane. The specific brand is Russian, but it looks pretty generic.

1/72nd UTK-1 Soviet WWII machine-gun turret for the Ilyushin IL-4, Li-2, Douglas A-20 Boston.
(designed to be used with Special Hobby kits, but lots of possibilities) .

Looks like they may have modelled AV-2 as there's just a hint of dihedral on the outer wings.

Apparently it's difficult to do that aircraft, the one that crashed, with the 1/72 scale AMT kit for some reason. I haven't built mine anywhere near as far to find out why......

It's because of the way AMT engineered the kit, in order to change the wing dihedral to +5° you'll
need to slice the top and bottom wing mouldings along the outboard line of the lower fuselage as
that was where the wedge was added.

The way AMT moulded the inner wing sections makes the operation a bit fussy, the lower wing sections
are straightforward to cut, the tops not so much.

Yeah, but Oddball was a spaced-out stoner who would have painted pretty pictures on it, then zipped backwards in his sup'ed up tank, hopefully not crashing into any debris behind them as they went or breaking down at the most inopportune moment.
