Its in Russian, if you have a translation program like Systran you can read the articles, if not- well, its got some nice scale plans. Each article has downloadable TIFs of the plans (the link at the bottom of the article- where it says:

"Чертежи для печати"

There are armour, naval and other sections to the site if you look around.
