my second wh40k building

this is my second attempt with tips learned from a hippo(thanks PW n Grot).
base is made from 1/4" foamcore board. walls and broken rock made from1/2"
foamboard with paper removed for more concrete/rock look.
barrels are kids candy containers(cant remember brand name)
with gobs of wood glue spilling out for radioactive ooze from one.
all painted with acrylic paints
and the paper dreads ive made and the preditor im workin on.

I have to agree with Jschmus, your Paperhammer models are quite fantastic; very nicely made. Your terrain piece is also very nice. I love the "radioactive goo" effect. Wood glue you say? The color of the green makes it look as though it would be a glow-in-the-dark product, which would be really interesting as radioactive waste. I think there's a glow-in-the-dark hot glue on the market which could be used to a similar effect and, when the lights are off, would glow as if it was actually radioactive. I have to say, thank you very much for that idea....

Keep up the good work. I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that I would love to see more terrain pieces from you.

nice idea about the glow in the dark glue! i beleive i have seen some glow in the dark paint. my radioactive goo is just wood glue with some yellowish-green paint.
