My largest scratchbuild, sadly lost in action some years ago - 2.5' long, built entirely from balsa frames and plating, then coated in plasticard for a good painting surface.  Detailed with various items, including, a Mega Drive controller, an airliner wing, and tons of guns!

All hail the God of Frustration!!!

What he said . . .

And, have you done anything else since then?  I suspect that lots of us would like to see . . .

I did build another ship, using the same method, to a similar design - the Escort Frigate Argo, but it too was 'lost in action'.  Unfortunately, there are no pictures of this vessel.

Phoenix was designed as a Battlecarrier, carrying the armament of a battlecruiser, along with a mammoth launch bay for ships up to the size of Corvettes, along with whole wings of fighters, and huge cruise missiles for a truly interstellar reach!
