The finished tank looks great... fantastic work all around! While I like the "Dancer" as built, with the turret towards the rear, it DOES give me an idea of how a rear-drive Sherman might work. Hmmm.... (goes to ponder).
Some clever and amusing quote goes here.

That's really hot, Ron! I especially like the "Don't Mess With Texas" - looks so convincing I can almost see the Texas Tank Ranger painting it by hand with a brush, 10 gallon hat tipped back on his head and all.

Some of us insecure airplane guys are pretty happy to see you busy with armor.
;D
I'm already eagerly anticipating your next amazing project!

It looks great Ron - the hull is very convincing as a big one-piece casting, and it's amazing how the double tracks look natural rather than leaping out and hitting you in the eyes. Very well done!

Maybe their next logical move would be to exploit that wide hull to fit a bigger turret ring.... ;)

...and Australia is almost as big as Texas... ;D

There is an old joke told of how a Queensland Cocky (farmer) encountered a Texan GI on leave during WWII.  The Texan was boasting about how big Texas was.  He claimed that it was so big you could get on a train at the coast and get off it a week later and still be in Texas.  The Cocky looked at him a while and simply said in his slow drawl, "Yep, we got trains that slow here as well...."    ;D ;D

Thanks to all y'all  The next build will be to finish the little hunter/killer/escort  But I will be starting another one with 2 sets of tracks...and 3 main guns

I'd rust up the extra tracks on the front - they only show metal when in use...

In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

Just caught up on this build, and I have to say, it's awesome!  But where are the kill markings? Either rings on the gun tube or markings on the hull? Something that nasty has to have sent steel down range.

Can't wait to see the Ontos/Hetzer hybrid progress.
