I've been trying to get a couple of Obscureco items for almost a year now with no joy. Their UK distrributor is Lonewulf Models and although I've mentioned my needs on their stand at various shows and via their web site, and via email, I'm not getting any response.

I want the Jet Provost T5 cockpit set and their F-6 conversion bits for the Mustang, so does anyone have any ideas how else I could get hold of these? It seems that Obscureco don't take plastic via their own web site, which would make life difficult for me in the UK.

How...last century of them.   :o

Perhaps one of our members residing in the US could conduct the transaction for you?

They are vending at the US Nationals.............perhaps a quick PM to Philp (who's at the show) to see if they have the sets there?

I've always gone directly to them  Kit

I paid with a Money Order though and wasn't too bothered about the time lag between sending the money and receiving the items I was after.  if Philp doesn't pan out for you I would be more than willing to act as a go-between.

Mind you though, I pretty sure I have a bag of the Provost stuff from them, I had thought about using them to detail my two Lightning two-seaters I have and had asked Obscureco if they had any spare parts and they sent me a bag full.  Are you after the whole detail set ?

I'm interested in how this goes -- I've been thinking for a while that I want the CF-100 detail set (quelle surprise!).

That and their website is always good for a laugh.

Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part...

I've got one of those RM, it's very nicely cast and worth the money

I've seen a few of their sets and they are VERY nicely done, plus the fact that both the sets I want are the only games in town. I PM'd philp about asking on their stand at Omaha, thanks for the tip.
