The SAM Publications book on the Hurricane has, on page 52, a profile of a:

Mk I Hurricane,
V7101, of 69 Sqdn. Luqa 1941.
It is a stripped down PR machine in PRU(?)Blue with a fin and rudder from another machine that is in the two tone desert scheme.

Does anyone Know if there is a commercially available set of transfers in 1/72 scale for this aircraft?

Any help in this direction will be most appreciated.

They are just physical manifestations of collisions between enigma & conundrum particles.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

The Wooksta!

Unlikely to be PRU Blue in the Middle East - most PR Spits and Hurris were Bosun Blue and I'm not sure of the mix.

The pale roundels are in the Sword Spitfire PR.IV kit.

The Middle East based PR Hurris were a very dark blue, 'Grannie Too' being the most famous one. Could that be Bosun Blue?

Some PR Spits in the ME flew in standard fighter camouflage, Middle Stone and Dark Earth uppers and Azure Blue undersides although they did experiment with other colours. One of Dad's aircraft was apparently Middle Stone all over!
