For our flag is the correct orientation of display color field more complicated than in the classic peacock mesh or star.

And why You have not this skils? Are You a czech? I must say,that my own kits are all in poor quality... :banghead:
But ...before three years Greifmaker and me were in dispute, one of us is worse modeller...... ;D

And solution of this dispute? We both build the same kit and on competion will be decided. So,three years it takes....kits are not ready yet...but on 12. November is one competition a there (maybe) come the result.....And kits MUST be ready this year,because I give an idea,then , whoever does not have a model not bring must bought new kit to rival...... ;D ;D ;D ;D
Oh...a "competition kit" for both is german Flakpanzer Wirbelwind in 1:48 scale from Tamiya.....naturally in "classical" camouflage scheme.... ;D ;D
But work on my side go very slowly :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

My father was a Czechoslovak (Czech father, Slovak mother), born in Bratislava & lived in Přerov most of his life before leaving Czechoslovakia in 1948 & coming to Australia in 1950 &, eventually, naturalising. He died in 1991. His father was a cavalryman (I believe) of the Czech Legion during World War 1, being involved in the Trans-Siberian railroad thing. I still have relatives in Přerov but do not really communicate with them since my Aunt died.

My mother is Australian of German & British ancestry.

Somewhere along the line my father forgot to pass on this amazing Czech modelling gene! :banghead:

So,Old Wombat.....I live momentaly in Hulín,this is about 15  kilometrs (10 miles approx) from Přerov.

My Granddad was too cavalryman,but on end of 1920´ ...in Czechoslovak army.

And losing of "modelers genes"? Maybe there was not this genes on population.... ;D ;D ;D

  Could be something to this Czech genes idea, I'm half CZ- my last name matches that of brewing hops no less. Since I'm only half- its probably why I'm into flying wings and tail-less versus full aircraft !  ;D

I do not know if you know it, but ... First and the Last Man on the Moon were also Czechs .... If we take this.

Some ancestors of Neil Armstrong were Czechs. And parents of Eugene Cernan were directly Czechs.

From this maybe comes proverb: Czech-man You can find anywhere ...

  Another interesting trivia on astronauts, both Cernan AND Sandy Magnus- last female astronaut in the Shuttle program (last mission)  both hail from tiny Bellwood Iiilinois, a Chicago Suburb and a mainly Czech and Polish neighborhood.  :mellow:
