I need several 1/72 P-40 fuselages.  Any condition, as long as the nose is intact and there is a spinner.  Preferably the shallower, early versions if possible but the later ones are OK as well.  I will pay postage.   Anybody?

Where are you? I've got a Hobby Boss P-40B/C that has been superceded with the killer new Airfix offering.

I'll see if those cheap Hobbyboss ones are still on offer online - how many do you need?

Four.

Second hand would be fine.  I just need to make sure I get four of the same type.   :banghead:

Pretty sure I have two fuselage halves somewhere - not sure of the manufacturer possibly Heller. Not sure if I have the spinner/prop they tend to get used elsewhere.

For a B-38 perchance ????

Nope.  What it will be, will I am sure surprise many.  I'll drop one hint - it's not American.

Been through the spares box(s) and found the fuselage from a P-40 - Manyufacturer unknown. Can't find the spinner, I'm afraid it's probably been cannibalized some where else.

Intersetingly in my search I came across the following fuselages if anyone wants them let me know....

Heller F-86
Heller P-47
PM F-5
PM T-38
Frog Mosquito
Frog Me-410
Frog Wyvern
Airfix Anson
Airfix Mil-24
Hasegawa Tracker
Kp S-199 (me-109)
Unknown F-100   all  1/72nd

Oh yes please, I'd love the Wyvern fuse please!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

The cheapest I've found is £3.99+postage from Hannants.  How much is VAT in the UK?

I'm gonna get some kits from them next week, would you care for these?  There are also some Academy ones, but they are around £7 !!

Anything else you are desperate for while I'm looking?
