Hey all, I'm doing my 1st proper scratch build. The Gloster F.9/37 was a prototype Heavy Fighter designed for the RAF in the mid-30s. It never reached operational service, so I can chop and change features at my will while still maintaining "accuracy". Upgrading from Taurus to Centaurus engines, she'll have Beaufighter style "hedgehog" exhausts. Another extra feature is a gunner's position, ala Fairey Battle.
I began with building a rough frame, which I will add to and bulk up to fit my needs. Each part, ie: wings, fuselage, tail parts, u/c will be built seperately and moulded in resin again, where I can make final changes before I "mass produce" them for my 4 ideas. This will surely be a long proces, but an interesting one. Here's the WIP pics of the skeletal parts.

I've built the Magna resin kit as an operational aircraft. I've always thought it could have been developed farther so your take  on it will be interesting. Best of luck
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Yes, good luck, you're braver than me!  That said, I aim to turn an Airfix Pe-2 into a Gloster Reaper next year.  Gulp!   ;D ;D

Well, I haven't started with a Meteor fuselage, but the modified one is almost all bogged up. The PSR began, and 8 rounds of gunk later we're pretty close to done  Pics soon
