The Blackburn Blaze will be a Do335 style Bucaneer. I started it Yesterday and it will be equipped  with 2  Centaurus engines and Avenger wings

I have just realised that an arrestor hook plus a rear mounted propellor  may be a slight issue.

Well you'll need a ventral fin to protect the prop from tail strikes, so why not give it a very swept leading edge and then have the hook extend from it's tip?

If you add a large hook to the front of the ventral fin it would be logical attachment point for the catapulting bridle.  ;D

Other than the heresey of destroying a perfectly good Buccaneer....:o :o

Bring it on.. I wanna see how it comes along

...might take on a new meaning. That is, a rear-propeller plane might need a physical "groove" or linear depression in the rear carrier deck (fitting the diameter of the rear prop) so nose-up landings don't either chew up the deck, or ruin the prop! The LSO will have a challenge guiding the Blaze into THAT groove!!

Silly idea!!
My mind is like a compost heap: both "fertile" and "rotten"!
