Some nice stuff there. :) I particularly like the Savoia S.55  , and you don't see too many airships built. Especially not ones as big as that!
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Jeepers, what scale was the Zeppelin and what was it made of?   :o

It looks around 1/72 scale but could be 1/100 possibly.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Gondor

The base for the Sea Fury is wrong. They modeller has used a wooden deck not an Armoured one. Picky I know but to me it looks so wrong.

Gondor's Modelling Rule Number Three: Everything will fit perfectly untill you apply glue...

I know it's in a book I have around here somewhere....

It looked like 1/72 to me.

Yup some nice stuff indeed, thanks for posting
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

The Zeppelin is most impressive!

There is, or was, a 1/72 scale model of the R100 hung in the roof of the Barnes Wallis collection at the Elvington Museum. Some feet below it is a 1/72 model of a Wellington with a note that suggests you look up and compare the size of the two examples of geodetic structure.....

You can see people look up and gasp. It's 10 feet long! :o Airships are (or were....) just SO huge your mind can't take it all in.
