I loved the twin 0.5 tail turret, you don't often see them on Lanc models.

Flightpath's Lincoln converson has it Kit but in vacuform, and I've found they will sell it separately too.

Great minds think alike Robert!  ;D

About 2 hrs after reading Lee's comments about the FN82 and Rose turrets it occured to me that I was looking at one only a few days ago. Sure enough, it was in the Lincoln conversion that I'd had out on the workbench, except mine was the original DB Models version, but same moulds etc.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

TBH, I don't rate that conversion set at all.  I saw a mate's set a while back and was less than impressed.  No adaptors for the inner engines, no Lincoln rudders, no Lincoln mainwheels and the turrets are just vacform shapes with nowt to go inside.  And it'll set you back 30 notes for something that's billed as a complete conversion set when it simply isn't.

One of your best, Lee. Superb clean build.

Photos can hide a lot of flaws!  It really should have some exhaust staining but I figured that as a museum exhibit, it would have been cleaned and polished.  ;D

And it's a 2010 build, I just did the finishing this year.
