looking for 2 aim-9x sidewinders, for a build i had started, anybody know were i can get a set from, any kits around?

I don't think Haegawa do a -9X - http://www.andysmodels.me.uk/models/HS_Weapons_72.htm
Nor does Airfix in their NATO weapon set - http://sepecat.info/b/2009/01/16/the-airfix-rafnato-weapons-set/

A quick search turns up the Hase F/A-18E/F or Revell F-22 as likely possible donors.
Using the drawing in the second link you might be able to cut down an earlier version to get an acceptable -9X though.

(I only butted in 'cos I have at least two Airfix sets stashed somewhere and if they'd had -9Xs in you could have had them...)

I've just made an Fujimi F/A18F, should it have -9X's too?  You are welcome to them if you are still after them.
