And now we begin in earnest. I already have a MiG-21K and MiG-23K in progress, using the research done by Comrades Andrei Desautski and Biggiski.

In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

Nice set! What scale and where did you get them from?

Comrade! This is good news! The Komissar has a question, however, are those fine Communist models made in imperialist plastic or fine Socialist white metal?

Now, Comrades, I am off; I must break a few eggs.  :dum:

All these were created at the glorious Socialist workers' paradise of Skywave, obtained through Hobby Link Japan (www.hlj.com). The two leftmost are in styrene, from the just-released Modern Russian Aircraft set, while the others are in white metal from two other Skywave sets.

Left to right: MiG-21, MiG-23, Su-25, Su-24, MiG-25, Su-15, Su-17, MiG-21C

Not in the photo, but have also arrived: MiG-27, MiG-29, MiG-31, Su-27/33, YaK-38, S-37, Ka-25, Ka-27

In addition to Comrade Biggski's MiG-23, Comrade F-32's MiG-37, and Comrade Desautski's MiG-21K, I have the following aircraft reported building:

Toadarov: An-2V Colt, helicopter of some sort
Vesper: Su-22
Tomski: MiG-25
Thorvic: Su-17

I am trying to determine how to represent the MiG-37, since I don't have one. I shall do so, since I wish all to share in the glory of our cause!

We also welcome any who wish to join our Revolution. Please do not limit yourself to the listed aircraft; I enjoy the challenge of scratching little planes, and 7 aircraft will look very sparse on the big deck of the carrier.

To OKB Petrovomichskiskatesnowshoe and OKB Lacombski: your aircraft predate the great triumph of the Sovietsky Soyuz, so they are not included in the current construction effort. A respresentation of the earlier carrier Lenin is in queue, probably for next year, so you will see your aircraft in situ eventually.
