Theres the best source for decals for that model as way better than anything found in the kit, they also do some resin aircraft and update sets that might be handy.

Part # 58, if I am not mistaken (since that is what is embossed on the underside of the elevator!) I trashed an old Lexington kit and indeed have the elevator to spare. I will PM you with address inquiry.
