hello!
well here's a another project now in stand by, not varnished yet... i had some small problems, it's an old kit (frog, NOvo?) coming from a sort of "scrapyard", so it was incomplete, the canopy doesn't fit well.. The landing traps door are missing... and i didn't succeed  to apply correctly the Model arts decalcs.. My skills are weaks!! Sorry about that!!

So the story is, 1940 france fight on against the IIIrd Reich and Italy. France metropolitan has been invaded by Germans, but French goverment and army are now in north Africa. Commonwealth troops supported by french troop are invading successfully Italian's Lybia, med sea is dominated by Royal navy and french Navy.
To fight the Italian SM 79 torpedo planes and other's germans and Italian planes, French navy air force needs long range Fighters. Martin Maryland is now widely in French and Navy air force, so they had try to convert some in heavy Fighters.. They already have 4 0.30 browning in the wings+ now 2 x0.50 browning and one 20mm gun.
The example  here, has been taken from an recce squadron, and has been hastly modify without repainting the new codes.

Skills improve with practice and it's a really good idea

Oo la la, ca bien! Merci pour ton model d'avion, monsieur Marco, et merci pour cette URL.

Practice makes perfect, so keep building models and you'll keep getting better.

In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

Agree with NARSES, plus you started with a Frog kit so kudos for tackling an old and difficult kit.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Nice model :) And don't forget 'We all began with low skills...'

Some of us started with NO skills at all! You would NOT want to see my first Lindberg B-17 kit!!!  :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit
