a layer of Future/Gunze Clear over all the tiger zone to seal the job done, then removed the tape to see the result.

Good news:

painted all the primered white areas with the GUNZE H-306 gray FS-36270


BAD NEWS:

the kit is fallen on the ground:

The canopy is destroyed:



And the tail is broke:



Will glue again the tail and will find another canopy set from another F-104 Monogram.

And it was all progressing so well too! Hope the repairs go well.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The canopy is not a problem, the repairs on the tail are a problem because I need to do some repaints..
