Sticky Fingers

I started a small project the other day:

Used to be a Dragon 1:72 He162 Volksjäger.
I will be posting the occasional update here; the full build, if you don't mind reading Dutch (just look at the pretty pictures if you do), can be followed on www.stickyfingers.forum2go.nl

That looks.... rather interesting!  :o VERY interesting!

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Doc Yo

Looks promising. Is it going to remain 1/72, or get the scale-o-rama treatment?

Captain Canada

No idea what the heck it is.....but I like it !

What is it? What is it?
It's a... it's... ehhhh.... an..... ummm...

It's a contestant for the 2078 annual Steppe-race.
Tsk.

Here's a pic of the 2077 winner (just out of shot, to the left)

@ Doc Yo: It will stay 1/72. *

Underside now looks like this:

It seems totally misaligned; partially this is due to several of my cock-ups (live and learn...) but it's also the original tooling (for instance: the left fuselage halve is slightly smaller than the right, lengthwise they differ by about 1mm), yet all 6 wheels now finally sit flat on the desk, with the fuselage straight, and tilted forward in a "come an' 'ave a go if yer hard enuff" stance.
Colour me happy ;D

*Edit: Had a rethink (thanks, doc!) and send a searchparty into the stash; came up with some 1/144 stuff... More on this in a later post.

Thanks Dizzyfugu.

Here's another pic-update:

Glad to have passed the decal phase. (Hate the buggers. with a vengeance.)

NARSES2

Oh my.....that looks good
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Looks like a wonderous way to gather a great many bugs in the teeth rapidly! ;D

Entered data "spare models". Does not compute.
;D

Ah, yes, bugs in teeth. Forgot to post two pictures there:

Left some of the smaller bits off to ease handling the thing.
