Maybe you could have planned it better...but then again, it looks pretty darn good just the way it is !

Plans?  Like instructions they are the last resort for a true whiffer!   ;D ;D ;D

Progress has been made! I actually had some time to sit down on work on this at the weekend, and it's starting to look pretty good.

As you'll see, I filled in the humpback with a section between the rear of the canopy and the start of the spine, and it looks much better as a result. I've also attached the centreline pylon, as well as the canards. I tilted them up as a) it made them fit easier, and b) it looks a bit F-15 Active-ish then too.
I found a spare set of F-16 nose antennae in my spares boxes too, and I stuck them on, as it looked pretty good.

After that, I also attached a variety of antennae and air scoops from my spares box, and an undernose sensor of unidentified origin. I made a refuelling probe from sprue of two different diameters by heating and bending the sprue, and turning a wide-diameter part on my multi-tool. It's a bit shonky, but it's recognizable.

Next for this will be working out what I want to stick under and on the wings, and then a shot of undercoat. I think the JSDF weapons set is not going to be a realistic option at this time for financial reasons, and because I have plenty of other stuff to use xD
More coming soon!

This is also still underway - it's got to the painting stage, and more pics will be coming soon. Real Life got in the way a bit lately, no time to sit down and model, or a lack of time to get to the shops for the supplies I need when I did have time!
