Hey everybody!!! I normally do RC Aircraft, but I like some variety as well. Recently, while surfing an old shipbucket topic, I found this naval F-117 image that looked really sick!!! i searched the plane up in googloe search and found a nice top view of it, and then fixed it up with my Graphic converter app. Here is the pic:

AND I just happen to have grabbed a friend's model Monogram F-117 kit (don't worry, he didn't need it). Get the connection? I will just modify it like you guys do to your model's all day long. For the added elevators, I will just fabricate some from plastic sheet. Then with the help of filler and paint, hopefully it will look as good as the pic. Let the Rumpus Begin!!!

Courageous project of yours...
This could also be a F-117X it seems, see http://www.f-117a.com/af117x.html

I tried to add tailplanes to a delta plane (the Mirage 5) and it is good to enrich the family but not beautiful I fear.

A 'T' tail might be better on the Mirage 5.

Briar

Yes, maybe. In general I don't like the Mirage.

Tophe

You are right: with a T-tail or double-fin, it is improved. We will see the F-117N...

Wow!! That works. You might consider the engine air intakes placed behind the cockpit on the upper fuselage F-19 style (the verdict is still out whether or not this aircraft actually was built or not by Northrop) or below the fuselage as in the Eurofighter Typhoon, A-7, F-8 or F-16.
