developed from the high speed research plane of 1943,the ki-78a was used in small number as a point interceptor armed with 2 12.7mm machine guns it was not very successful in shooting b29's down but it's high speed and small size made it very hard to hit and was a huge headache for escorting fighters, it was successful against  carrier borne strike packages.

yep thats the one..i bought one kit off someone off here...nice little(and i mean little)kit...want to do another one now..looking on ebay   ;D
