Is that all?  ;D

Yes... Heu... Not really, but if I had to display all, I think that miss Slerski will not be very happy :)
ah ha! that old problem. Many of the guys on here will understand your reason perfectly

So... Woohoo !! Two models completed at last !! First it's a Supermarine Hydrafire Mk XIX, built for the '46 Schneider Cup.

And the second is a Dewoitine-Slerski D.620, a 1946 fighter which was the first operationnal jet in France.

 I love discovering a Griffon-engine float-Spitfire. The very first in the World?

Both lovely looking models slerski. Especially the Hydrafire

You made me dream of Griffon Twin-Floatfire, thanks Slerski

Oh yes
Griffon engined Float Spitfire, that's nice
Mind, that Blue is suspiciously French in shade
is it not?

The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Slerski

Thanks you everybody :)

Hum must say... Maybe it's too light, and looks a little bit too french

D.620 is a great idea

Secomd that, I like it very much. I also still have a spare Ta 183 in my stash and planned a whiffy conversion - I really like the new tail section and the different canopy solution. Inspiring!

The Wooksta!

You could try the straight ie unswept Ta 183 proposal.  I saw a photo of the wind tunnel model some years back although I lost it years ago when one of my old macs decided to die.

Similar idea here - straighter wings (I have a pair from a Me 309 left over), and a longer/thin tail boom with a more upright fin. IIRC, there had been an early Lavochkin design in the USSR with such a configuration in the late 40ies. Maybe make it a Swedish design, pre-J29...?

The Wooksta!

They're literally straight - zero degree sweep with constant chord.  a straight swap of the wing from a Bv P.211B would suffice.  I can't remember if the tail was swept - it's been 12 years since the crash that wiped out that Mac.
