I believe the venue is changing this year. The Kelvin halls are being tarted up ready for the Commonwealth games.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

I only just this year found how to drive there and also where the best parking was!  :banghead:

Going to have to repaet the whole thing next year then!  :banghead:

ok, just after a constructively critical set of observations regards my experiences at coventry station last xmas eve, virgin trains made me the offer of £50 in their travel vouchers for my goodwill.

what to do with this is an interestingly difficult challenge!?! that it has to be said took all of about 30 seconds to think as to one idea to use these vouchers....

why not go to glasgow for the weekend of the IPMS glasgow show for 2013?, thanks to VT in the main.   :tornado:

tha' me plan at the mo'.

ps: the last time i got something out of the railways, it was in 2008 when i won first prize in a raffle, which won me a pair of first scotrail sleeper tickets from euston to any station in scotland served one of these trains [or v.v.]. needless to say, i went to the scots nats in 2009 at perth with Nick from these parts and even if i got the jock flu, had a great time. this being the scotsnats istr, when aircav had a paveway LGB seeker head on the wiff SIG stand or something like that.

as yet there has stil to be a final decision as to venue but looks like it will be at Bellahouston Sports Centre in the south of the city off Paisley Road West. Venue is approx similar size to that previously used theres plenty of on site parking and direct access to the halls too. Location is just off the motorway through the city, junction 23/24 of the M8 motorway

I'll post up further details when they're avaliable, cheers, joe
