The SWISS, for the love of God! The Swedish used the Centurion at that time

Not a problem mate, these things quite often develop a life of their own. It's an interesting discussion and one that should be continued. Once I 've set up the thread tomorrow you can all go and discuss the subject nicely together whilst leaving what are some really nice models in peace ;D

gentlemen

i am starting to regret starting the post of the model that i had enjoyed thinking up and building because i thought others would also enjoy seeing it

the replys in the last 24 have become more heated and gone as dadlamassu said "well off topic"

CBE, I wouldn't worry about it, if I was you, mate.

You posted in what is, for all intents & purposes an "ideas & inspirations" forum & you have inspired us all & given us ideas. This ongoing "argument" is merely a typical heated debate between friends which, if we were all in the same village (God help it!), we would continue amicably over a pint of beer or cider, or whatever, scribbling on the back of cardboard beer coasters (mats) & waving our arms about a lot & having a great time.

Be more like the shoot-out scene in "Hot Fuzz"...   ;D ;D ;D

No apologies necessary.  This is normal, an idea gets postulated and then we're off!  ;D

Right gents I've split the thread and edited out the posts relating to me splitting it. You can find the discussion prompted by this model here http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,36878.msg593324.html#msg593324.

So go and enjoy yourselves but remember to play nicely.

CBE and dadlamassu you havn't cause any problems at all. It was no problem to split the topics (well it was my first time  ;D) and all you have done is sparked an interesting discussion.
