Google earth shows it was still there in 2011. Looks like a 747 next to it and the C-133 fuselage is nearly as big!

Comparing my 1/72 kits of the 747 and C-133 and Belfast, the C-133 and Belfast are almost the same size. The 747 is quite a bit bigger and the one I have is a -100/200

I went past Kemble today for the first time in some years, and it's now whimsically called 'Cotswold Airport'  , and the place is HEAVING with old airframes being 'reduced to produce'. There's at least four 747s, one an ex Cathay Pacific -400, and amazingly an A340!
