Speaking of the 2707, the surviving forward fuselage sections of the full-size mockup are now
at the Museum of Flight's Restoration Center at Paine Field, here in Everett, Wa.

I haven't stopped by the Resto Center in a while, seems like it's time for a visit.  ;)

BTW, the Revell kit is approximately 1/206th scale.

Thanks Guys,
The British Airways and Air France look good. One either side of the fuselage!!
Was the rival design by Lockheed ever released in a model kit?

Why not? BA flew Concorde G-BOAD with their Red Tail scheme on one side and a Singapore Airlines scheme on the other. I liked the idea so much I modelled it.  ;D

KLM and Viasa have flown more than one aircraft in dual schemes like that too.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

IIRC there was a small Lockheed SST done by someone (Vege- something?) and one by a cereal company?

On the bench.
1/72 Space 1999 Eagle, Comet Miniatures Martian War Machine
1/72nd Quad Tilt Rotor, 1/144th V/STOL E2 Hawkeye (stalled)

I've bought a 1/144 Revell Concorde through eBay but haven't compared sizes yet. I wonder if the engines could be swapped around between the two kits?
