started my next project.
involve converting the new airfix merlin HC3 into my take on what should have replaced the raf venrable sea king har3.
full back story will come later


ok first new bit a radar set behind the cockpit for the SAR radar operator, the set is my take on a possable new version of the sea surcher radar that is used on the mk5 seakings of the royal navy.



still have to build a new seat and a bulkhead behind the radar to give some sepration from the main cabin.

It's a BIG aeroplane, makes a Sea King look like a toy in comparison.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
