OK, I will be posting pics up on my Picasaweb site as I get a chance.

First up are a few pics from the Vendors rooms and the Colorado Takes Off Centennial of Flight display which is well worth the walk through.

If you are in the building and see me walking around (have my white HLJ hat on) stop and say hi.  Already ran into several people from Salt Lake and Idaho and met a few others.

Tomorrow I will be checking out seminars and shooting pics and maybe another round of the Vendors areas.

For the edification of us across The Pond, why is Colorado called 'The Centennial State'? It can't be because it's the 100th state 'cos there aren't that many.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Think it joined the Union in 1876 Kit. Could be wrong though!

Edit: Forgot to say thanks to Phil for the excellent Piccies!  :banghead:
Wish Monogram would reissue their Cord 812 and never knew the George Washington was a Renwall kit.

Just over 700 pics so far and still need to finish ships and do auto, figures and aircraft.

Tomorrow I do the Wings over the Rockies Museum tour and then judging all night long.  Hope to sneak a few pics in inbetween or even when judging (shh, don't tell).

This is turning out to be a very big show.

I particularly like the flying pig ("When pigs fly ...") : it would fit in the hybrid aircraft/animals topic :

Still making my way through these. Many very good builds.

Love the post-apocalyptic vehicles!

But, mostly, I love the warning sign;

NOT ONLY WILL THIS KILL
YOU, IT WILL HURT THE
WHOLE TIME YOU ARE DYING
