Yeah, it doesn't look out of place on the Valiant at all.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Oh that is gorgeous....prerfect almost ! One of my new-found favourite a/c.

So the Airfix tribute forum.  Do they kick you out if you build another make?

Fred showed promise as a member until it was discovered he had built an Academy P39 and owned a number of unbuilt Tamiya Migs.  His widow has been advised to destroy them...

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

No, there's separate sections for Non-Airfix model builds & photos.  The only thing they insist on really, is in the GB's, it's all Airfix although you can use aftermarket bit's & bobs. In their yearly 'What-If' GB, the model has to be at least 50% Airfix.
If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

OK.  Furry Muff.  I wouldn't want to have to judge that 50% though.  By weight, volume or No. Parts?  I can imagine some intense argument.
I much prefer my rules to be along the lines of "there are no rules, have fun" but to each her/his own.

Thanks Kitnut.

It was an old thread bobbo, and the forum has been moved to a new service provider. IIRC, all the old articles were archived but I think you can access them when you go onto the new 'The Airfix Tribute Forum'
