Oh yes, Pocher make the most exquisite large scale metal and plastic kits of cars, usually very expensive ones too! 

I built one, a Rolls Royce I think,  as a window display for a model shop I worked with in the 60s, but it still didn't sell any as they just cost too much!

The name and range is owned by Hornby now, amazingly.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The original Pocher company started in the 1950s as a producer of model railroad accessories and later
rolling stock and locomotives. They started producing model car kit in the '60s, and were known for kits
of classic pre-WWII cars. Hornby purchased the brand in 2004, sold it in 2017 during their financial crisis
then bought it back in 2020. However they kept the rights to the brand name during the entire period.
