He basically has gotten people in several countries including the United States, United Kingdom, France, South Africa, and the Netherlands to use R/C aircraft with various lights on them in the biggest aerial display allegedly tomorrow at 20:00 or 20:40.  The idea is to make it look like a fake UFO invasion which I think is a crazy idea, I think it could make an awesome aerial display.

So if you are available I'd recommend you take a peak at this, and if you're not available I'd recommend you contact anybody you know who is interested and forward this around as this could seriously rock. 

BTW: Also I'd recommend you tell your family if you live in these areas as it could panic some people and that's not cool

Some goof balls got some weather balloons and tied rail road flares to them with steel wire. They launched them in groups of three at the upwind side of a large city at night. The 911 lines went nuts all night.
